What commissions do I pay as a restaurant?

On our Flat plan, you pay a steady monthly fee with no commission. On our Flex plan, you pay a lower subscription fee plus a 5% restaurant fee on orders. On both plans, guests are charged a 5% fee. When your customers order from third-party apps they're charged up to 15%, so they’ll pay less ordering directly from you.

Can I ever switch plans?

Yes, you can switch plans anytime. Some restaurants start on Flex and move to Flat  as their online orders continue to grow with Owner.

Do you require any contracts?

No, there are no long-term contracts or commitments. You can use Owner month to month, and cancel at any time if you’re not seeing the results you want. At Owner, we don’t believe in locking restaurants into contracts. That’s why we have the only month-to-month billing in the industry—with no cancellation fees.

How long does it take to get started?

Many restaurants can launch within a week. We'll ask you for details like your website domain, Google Business Profile, and Yelp information. If you have those on hand, we can launch your new online presence with Owner in a few days.
