Good food brought regulars, but growth needed more time
Arzeh Grill opened in April 2025. Regulars came back for shawarma, and Lauren and Anthony wanted more people to find them.
Website changes needed outside help
But Lauren had a day job, and Anthony spent his days cooking. Website changes needed outside help, while the site's delivery button sent guests to DoorDash.

Direct ordering came first, then the counter
Lauren and Anthony launched their Owner website and direct online ordering in January 2026. Guests could order from Arzeh Grill through its own website and app.
They added Owner POS on May 11 and a kiosk on May 16, 2026. Lauren wanted guests who knew their order to skip the line, while staff helped people trying Lebanese food for the first time.
Guests placed 35% of in-store orders at the kiosk
By September, guests placed 313 of 893 in-store orders at the kiosk, about 35%. Monthly kiosk orders rose from 116 in June to 313 in September, up 170%. From June through September, Owner POS and the kiosk recorded $122k in food sales across 3,715 orders.
Online ordering grew alongside the counter business. Website and app orders rose from 132 in February, the first full month after the website launch, to 226 in September, up 71% over 7 months.
Those channels recorded $61,971 in food sales from February through September. In September, returning guests placed 142 of 226 online orders, nearly 63%.
Lauren knew a change at the counter could disrupt the kitchen. But she decided to make the switch rather than keep adding workarounds.
