The Story

Bringing the rewards experience into the restaurant

Guests wanted their points to work at the counter

Suzie's had an Owner website and app, but used Square and separate kiosks in the restaurant. Guests liked earning points through the app and began asking about rewards in-store.

Connecting the guest experience

Ashanti and Gus saw a chance to connect those experiences. They wanted guests to keep ordering from Suzie's, whether they used their phone or walked through the door.

The couple brought online and in-store ordering together

The family launched its Owner website in March 2025. Gus handed out ordering cards and added a flyer he designed to help guests understand the offer.

Before switching, Gus wanted to see how the new hardware would fit the restaurant's design. The couple added Owner POS in June 2026 and Owner kiosks in July to connect in-store ordering with the rewards experience guests knew online.
